My criteria for "attractive valuation" is based on four factors: Price/Nav less than 1.5x, latest quarter net debt to equity less than 0.5x, Rolling PE less than 15x with positive EPS CAGR.

As net debt to equity is always computed on a full year basis, I did some rough calculations and computed the net debt to equity on all the stocks above, based on their latest quarter(as shown). Kepcorp just got within the 1.5x price to book range now, with PE of 8.1x. As diversified as it might be, I am still worried about the potential trickling down effect of earnings to oil prices. Hence we cannot assume rolling PE of offshore counters to remain the same for the next quarter(if earnings are to be reduced). Counters that passed the criteria are: CapitaMall Trust, DBS, Sembcorp Industries, OCBC, UOB and Keppel Corp.
